1. Bach Flower Remedies
2. Qigong
Besides the abuse I endured in my childhood, I've also had challenges with depression and anxiety. About 2004 or 2005, I dated a guy who was cute, funny, drove me around on his motorcycle. You would think things would have been great, but I was so sad...ALL OF THE TIME. That relationship didn't last long at all. Not many did back then. At the time I knew I was in a major period of depression. Fifteen years later and I'm so much happier today, and recently I've been happier than I've ever been in a long time.
I started using Bach Flower Extracts in May after taking advantage of a special discount that was part of my Spring Energy Healing Conference Experience. Angela Mains interviewed me about all of the details about my emotional state and formulated a personalized tincture that I put in water. Here's her website: https://www.innerbalancehealingarts.com/ -- This alone has been life-changing.
At the same energy conference, I was instructed by Benjamin King of the blue petal foundation (website: https://www.bluepetalfoundation.org/). His 75-minute video gave some great preliminary instruction and showed a few exercises that I've been doing more regularly lately. I'm very empathic and absorbant of others' emotional states. Sometimes I can't sort out my energy from another person's, so I started practicing 4 or 5 qigong moves. There's been a huge difference in the integrity of my energy. I've been less affected by rejection and my overly sensitive nature has been a bit more under my own control. Protecting my own energy has been so much easier this week (I started on Wednesday with the exercises.)
I definitely feel that these are worth looking into if you are struggling or are challenged my any of the things I, too, have been dealing with.
